Our Policies

Our Guarantee

All of our stylists guarantee their work and want each and every client to leave loving their service. If for any reason we have fallen short of your expectations or you have any concerns about the service you received, please contact us within three business days. Your service provider will work with your particular concerns and will exhaust every Avenue to solve the situation. In the event you were uncomfortable with discussing the situation with the stylist, please contact the salon manager directly. We are unable to discuss a refund without being allowed to rectify the situation in person first and in a timely manner.

Cancellation Policy

Our stylists are paid on commission and rely on keeping their schedule full. Out of respect for our stylists time, our cancellation/no-show policy is as follows:

  • No charge for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
  • We will charge 50% of the service booked as a cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
  • We will charge 100% of the service booked as a cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
  • If you no-show an appointment, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service booked

Child Safety Policy

We understand how challenging it is to find time to spend on yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately The Station Hair Studio cannot provide child care services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. Our salon is small, we do not allow anyone other than the person receiving services to be in the back area, unless approved by the stylists and management. Older children (12+), capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy their relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not childproof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy-congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Our stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.


By booking with The Station Hair Studio, you are agreeing with the following:
I will not visit the salon if I have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms, traveled outside of the country, or been in contact with anyone affected by COVID-19 in the 14 days previous to my appointment.
I understand The Station Hair Studio’s “No-Show” and “Cancelation” policy, and accept I will be charged to the card on file, a percentage of booked services:
-100%, if I do not show up for my scheduled appointment and do not cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours prior to my scheduled appointment.

-100%, If I cancel within 24 hours of appointment
-50%, If I cancel between 24-48 hours of appointment
